Leo Ray is a Lithuanian painter, born in 1950. He currently lives and works in Israel. He graduated from the Vilnius University and Academy of Arts of the same city. He teaches at the BASIS for Art and Culture, an Israeli university.
Leo Ray mainly does naive painting and uses thick strokes, illustrating graphic dessign and sculpture. Leo Ray's painting takes up a whole new meaning as he shows his own unique universe, which is dream-like and bewitching.
